Shelley, the lodge manager, believes that the most important person in the lodge is the guest. Her priority is to ensure that their experience is a life-changing one. She regards meeting people from around the world as a privilege and thrives on seeing cultures from around the world converge at Nambiti Hills, a truly cosmopolitan luxury destination.

Beyond the doors of Nambiti Hills Lodge lies the amazing landscape of Africa, a place far from her homeland in Switzerland which Nicole now calls home. One of the Nambiti guides, Nicole has a passion for conservation and nature. Her ability to speak Swiss and Swiss German adds to the cosmopolitan flair of Nambiti Hills Lodge.

Johannes is the only professional tracker on the reserve that surrounds the lodge. He has been tracking the wild animals that frequent the land he loves so dearly for seven years and says he learns more about them and their environment every day.

Sean is the head guide. He grew up in Botswana and developed a passion for wildlife and nature at an early age. This eventually brought him to the wild plains of Nambiti. He insists that this is not a job for him, but a lifestyle. Sean claims he has the best office in the world, one that is bursting with the majesty of the wild.

The amazing aromas that emerge from the Nambiti kitchen are thanks to Siya, Nambiti's much revered chef. He specialises in mouth-watering traditional South African dishes with a cosmopolitan twist. Known for his sticky tempura rice with avocado, mango and coriander salsa topped with seared prawns, Siya epitomises the international flavour of Nambiti Hills.
